Ashley3535 strives for 100% customer satisfaction, and we are dedicated to stellar customers. We recognize in some cases customers may want to request refunds and/or exchanges. We want to make sure every aspect of shopping with us is a pleasant experience, even if you do decide you need to make one of these requests which is why we consider all refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis.

To make this process easier for our customers, we have set forth a few guidelines for requesting a refund or a request including delegation of responsibilities and examples of circumstances that do not quality for refunds or exchanges. These guidelines are identical for domestic and international shoppers.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
Submit a request in writing via Etsy message within forty-five (45) days of receipt of item.
If you are requesting a refund or exchange in the case of a damaged item; these requests must be submitted in writing via Etsy message within twenty (20) days of receipt of item and must include a clear photograph so that Ashley3535 may evaluate the damage, and submit a claim with the postal service if necessary

If an exchange or refund is approved, customer must send the original item back to Ashley3535 and they are responsible for the return shipping costs. If a customer refuses to return the item, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Some circumstances do not qualify for refunds or exchanges, and we would like our customers to be aware of these circumstances so that they can avoid any confusion or frustration. A few of these conditions include (but are not limited to):
Incorrect spelling within an order (made by the customer at time of order) for any custom items

Incorrect shipping address (placed by the customer)
Wrong product ordered by customer
Shipping delays
Requests submitted after the deadlines outlined above

Further, custom orders are only eligible for a 50% refund or exchange value. We believe strongly in creating high quality products for competitive prices, and the 50% nonrefundable value is to cover the cost of materials.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their order is correct at the time of placement, and by purchasing a product Ashley3535, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth within these policies. Shipping policies

Items are insured up to $100 dollars per item sold.

Handling of purchased item is delivered to the Post office the next couple of days(within 48 hours of purchase-excluding weekend and holidays).
Payment must be cleared before an item is shipped.

**** Buyers buying multiple items are eligible for shipping discount, please inquire before your purchase for a tailored listing.

Items above $100 dollars are tracked at no expense of the customer, I absorb the cost to ensure the items are delivered. Items under $100 can be requested to be tracked at an additional cost of $18 dollars that will be billed to the customer. Customers who wish to track their parcel must verbalize their intent before the item has been handled to the post office.

Item must be paid in full before it is shipped to the buyer.

Additional policies

Made to order items: Material depends on the readily available material around the time of the order that is justified to be a fair price. I am a bargain hunter and I transfer the savings onto my buyers ;)

Effective 2014-04-25 Made to order items will require a 50% deposit for material that is non- refundable should the customer change their mind, this will ensure commitment from both parties.
