I send the products via "Correos España".

Two options are available:

1. Ordinary mail service: this is the cheapest and usually the fastest way. It does not provide tracking service neither compensation in case of lost. It is recommended for low price products.

2. Registered mail service: a tracking number will be available. Furthermore, in case of lost, I will claim the post office asking for compensation. The same item that you bought will be sent to you again if it is available. If not, I will refund you the money. It is recommended to high price products.

Items sent to the Spain usually take between 2 and 5 days to arrive.

Items sent to the Europe usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive.

Items sent to the USA usually take between 10 and 15 days to arrive, but due to ongoing increased security measures, they may take longer. It also must be taken into account that during special dates, like Christmas, it may take longer.

A parcel is consedered as lost when it passes more than one month after the shipment. In that moment, after the communication by the customer, it will begin the settling process.

Note: some countries like USA, UK or Australia do not provide the tracking service with Correos España. In those cases, the Registered mail only will be useful to ask for compensation in case of lost.
