Shipping/packaging and customer service is great. However the product itself doesn't look nearly as fresh and brightly-colored as the picture. The yarn isn't as soft as I had thought, has lots of runaway threads, and causes my arms to itch if worn for longer than 20 min. That being said, it's still a very creative product.
