Reneabouquets now ships world wide through our website. We are no longer shipping Internationally through Etsy. Etsy changed over to a Global Shipping Company, and you can not track your order once it leaves the U.S. and it has caused us all kinds of customer service issues.

We do however provide International Shipping on our Reneabouquets.com website, where we are able to choose our shipping platform and provide a tracking # that actually does just that tracks your package until it is delivered. We do ask that our customers read all of our shipping policies and that they realize that shipping is sometimes taking a really long time.


Items will ship via either First Class USPS or Priority United States Postal Service, according to shipping costs and weight. Due to the completely hand crafted nature of some of my products, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling on those purchases that include those items. All supplies purchased without handcrafted items will ship in 1-3 Business Days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays in that processing time. *Please note, due to the fact that my items are hand crafted large, multiple item orders may take a few days to fill. Please e-mail me with any questions you may have concerning shipping, and ship times.

If you place more than one order, you MUST leave me a note letting me know to ship all of your orders together. I am an extremely busy shop, and sometimes there are multiple orders coming in at a time, therefore I am not responsible for noticing that you have more than one order in the shop. I love to save my customers money on shipping, but I might not notice if you don't leave me a note on the order or send me a convo.

Shipping is a 3rd party purchase therefore:

*PLEASE READ: If customer only purchases items and the total comes to less than $20.00 before shipping costs and taxes are added in, because of all the fees that we must pay on both the listing, the selling, and the shipping of an item, we can not afford to ship it in one of our boxes. When customers make the decision to purchase less than $20.00 worth of items, the order will ship in a padded envelope sandwiched between cardboard. Buyer assumes all risk of damage, and the seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged padded envelope shipping. As always, if you purchase items, and your order totals over $20.00 or more before shipping costs are added in, your order will ship boxed.

*Please note **USPS will not allow a claim older than 30 days to be processed, therefore if your package is lost, you must call it to my attention immediately. Any lost package brought to my attention 25 days after shipping will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.**

Please note **once the tracking number of the package states that it has been delivered, I am no longer responsible for the package. USPS will not allow the seller to file a claim once a package has been scanned as delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the post office and filing a mail theft claim**

Please note **Seller can not be responsible for wrong addresses given at checkout or the customer moving and not leaving a forwarding address. In the event that the order is returned to seller, all shipping and fees accumulated for Etsy and Paypal are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all items purchased.**

International Buyers – Please Note:
**International Customers: We are shipping Internationally now, but please note, it is up to you to check to see if you are on the USPS list of countries that have a ban on U.S. packages. We at Reneabouquets will not be responsible for the original shipping fees on returned packages. No Refunds will be given on packages stuck in customs. Refunds will only be issued for packages that are returned to us.**

We are not responsible just because you choose not to read them.

If items are lost or delayed, it will be up to the customer to contact their local postal service or customs office.

I will not be responsible for lost or returned packages that have the incorrect address, due to incorrect Paypal Address that is entered in by the customer. If the package is returned, buyer will be responsible for cost of reshipment.

We apologize, but NO REFUND will be given to International Customers unless the package is returned to us.  If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued, but shipping costs are a 3rd party purchase and will not be a part of that return.


We do not purchase any shipping extras like insurance or required signatures unless the customer requests it and pays for the extra service. Customer must make these arrangements before making their purchase.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

At Reneabouquets we want you to be able to use our unique products on your creations for resale, but we do have a few restrictions that protect us and our art.
Please review our policy:

You MAY use our products on your own art in accordance with this Angel Policy, but you MAY NOT sell our products as individual pieces or as Sets, on any platform live or online. We do use Tracker Software to enforce this policy.


Reneabouquets designs are protected under United States and international copyright laws and treaties.

Reneabouquets images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.

You may not copy or rent our images or products. Our products are for personal use only.

You may sell your artwork that contains Reneabouquets Products if you adhere to the following criteria:
Reneabouquets designs may only be used to create original works, art, handcrafted crafts, and decor. Reneabouquets designs may not be copied, duplicated, stamped, die cut, or recreated for the expressed purpose of being reused by a third party.
All work, art, crafts, and decor must be individually handcrafted and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than handcrafting. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc. This also applies to any Reneabouquets images or products.
Works, Art, crafts or decor for sale must be handcrafted by the artist personally. Mass production and/or use of paid workers is not allowed.
Quantities of each original work, art, crafts, and decor must be limited in scope and must not constitute an ongoing business.
Reneabouquets Trademarks and Copyrights must be displayed where applicable.
People selling their works, art, crafts and decor assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Reneabouquets and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.
