This card is one in a series of illustrations I designed to pay tribute to Aesop's Fables. This card features the moral from The Crow and the Pitcher, "Little by Little Does the Trick." The story concerns a thirsty crow that comes upon a pitcher with water at the bottom, beyond the reach of its beak. After failing to push it over, the bird drops in pebbles one by one until the water rises to the top of the pitcher, allowing it to drink.

Digitally designed and printed by Red Flower Letterpress on an antique Vandercook printing press using photopolymer plates and custom mixed blue ink.

Card is blank inside. Complete with matching envelope. I also have this same design in black as seen in the third photo. Please give me your color preference at time of purchase.
