Terms and License:

* The images can be used for personal or commercial purposes. POD friendly. Commercial use does NOT require an additional license purchase! Hooray! There is no limit on the products you can make with the images, nor is there a limit on the number of sales made with them. Hooray!

* Images can be used to create commercial physical and printed goods.

* You may use the images in your print on demand (POD) products without attribution to my shop. However, they may not be uploaded to POD third party apps, or used in such a way that the artwork can be extracted or edited by a POD user who is not my direct client.

* Any DIGITAL commercial use, in which you are selling (or giving away for free) a digital product, such as an instant download, MUST be sold in the form of a flattened, complete and finished design. You may not sell as-is, or use to make other digital design resources. Using my graphics to make clip art, digital papers, add-ons, or other design resources that you sell or give away for free, is NOT ALLOWED. If you are unsure if use in your product is ok, please send me a convo.

* Examples of digital products that are finished products and are OK are invitations, cards, planner stickers, party printables, finished art prints or compositions, bookmarks. Digital products that are NOT ok are digital papers, backgrounds, clip art, digital scrapbooking kits, collage sheets, scrapkits for taggers, or any digital image that is used as a design tool instead of a finished design.

* Do not redistribute, resell, share or copy. Purchase of a product from my shop does not transfer copyright. All images will retain copyright to Digital Curio.

* Do not reassemble images and post them to Pixabay or any other design resource website, either for free or for sale. Do not use the images to make derivative textures - combining images to make new textures or clipart that you post for free or for sale is disallowed. Images must be used in finished, complete products that have been changed in a significant or meaningful way from the source material. If you are not clear on what constitutes a design resource versus a finished design, please ask! I am happy to help.

* An additional special commercial license purchase is required if you want to 1) use clipart, patterns or backgrounds as-is within your design software or app, or 2) print the images as-is for physical scrapbook paper that you intend to sell. The fee for either of these two uses is $50 per image pack.

* Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns once the item has been downloaded.

At this time I cannot accept any custom orders, special requests or requests for color changes to existing clip art or digital paper. Even if the request is small, I get many per day and I struggle to keep up with a busy schedule. Thank you for understanding :)

Some of my products exceed Etsy's file size limit. Those products are kept off-site at my file transfer service, WeTransfer. Your download from Etsy contains a link to your actual product there. If you are not comfortable using WeTransfer, please contact me and I would be happy to upload to an alternative transfer service of your choice (such as DropBox or Google Drive).
No. The images must be used in a flattened, finished design or product that is not meant to be used in a creative way by your customer. Digital scrapbooking kits and scrapkits are design resources. Some examples of digital products that are OK are invitations, calendars, art prints, planner stickers, printable party decor and games, logos, and branding materials. Please send me a convo if you have a product in mind but are unsure of usage terms!
If you want to sell or give away your work containing my images, it must be a complete, finished design or product and NOT a design resource. Combining images or textures to make "new" clipart or textures that you sell or post for free is not allowed. If you are not clear on what constitutes a design resource versus a finished product please send me a convo!
Yes. Most home printers have the capability to print larger images two ways. You can instruct your printer to shrink the image to fit to page, or to crop off the sides that extend beyond normal paper size. This capability and the steps to do so will vary by printer. If you have any trouble, I offer free resizing on most of my digital papers up to 10 sets. Some sets do not qualify for free resizing due to the composition of the images on the 12x12 format.
The gold as seen in the listing will not appear as shiny as in the photo when in print, because it doesn't print as real foil and would be ink or toner on paper rather than backlit pixels. To print with real foil requires a different file setup and foiling equipment. The images in my shop are not formatted for use with real foil.

For best results on the gold, I recommend printing on pure white paper so that the colors come out closest to what you see on your screen. If the image is dark, I recommend using a laser printer rather than inkjet, and cardstock which is at least 90 lb weight.
Digital paper and clip art are sets of digital images. If you purchase a listing from my shop, you will be able to download the images by going to your purchases and reviews section.

Once downloaded to your computer, you must "unizp" the zipped folders of your download to get access to the images. If you are using a tablet or phone, this requires an unzipping app.

You can then use the images to design with digitally, or to print directly. Once unzipped, digital papers are ready to print for use in paper crafts.
At this time due to a busy schedule I am not able to do custom requests, create logos or create exclusive designs.
Standard home printers and most professional printing equipment use CMYK color, but not white. C = cyan M = magenta Y = Yellow and K = black, which you can see when you replace your ink or toner... there is no white. White images will not print as-is on any type of paper, they require design work first. Lightness of an image in print is determined by the opacity or thickness of the color of ink or laser toner used in the printing process.

Pure white images will not print without special equipment.
