-Domestic Shipping-Unless you select otherwise all items are shipped USPS first class mail, which will reach you in 3-5 business days. If you would like them sooner, please select priority 2-3 business days or express mail shipping 1-2 business days upon checkout. I have made all efforts to try and get shipping pricing to be exact. There are some cases where I may contact you after your purchase to collect any additional amount due in shipping. I will send you a screenshot of exactly how much Etsy is charging me to ship your items. I'll include an invoice link for you check out on for the additional shipping. Shipping is extremely hard to get exactly when shipping multiple items and especially since I ship natural products where the weight varies from wood to wood. If your package is delayed by unforeseen weather conditions or the delivery truck can not make it to your destination on time, there is no way for me to obtain a refund from the delivery service, therefore- I can not refund shipping or your order for these circumstances.

-International Shipping- If you do not purchase insurance or tracking information there is no way for me to track your package once it leaves the US, therefore I can not be responsible for your package being lost in the mail. Most international first class mail shipments take 6-10 business days, however- I have seen them take up to a month due to customs. With international packages, I can not guarantee the mail service and will NOT refund your money if priority mail or insurance is not purchased.

-UK BUYERS: Please be aware of the import VAT (20%) and an additional processing fee charged by the post office of £8 on any orders over £15. These additional costs are NOT included in the item and shipping price.

With all packages international and domestic:
If your package is not received by the expected delivery time I can not be held responsible and will not issue a refund. Tracking numbers showing your package has been delivered, but you didn't receive the package I'll be more than happy to help you file a missing package report on usps.com. I will not issue a refund for tracking numbers showing delivered. Ask to purchase insurance if you think receiving your package is going to be a problem. With all returned items there will be a 15% restocking fee.
