1. No returns can be accepted without an initial email contact with me, for returns delivery address information and reason.
2. All returns must be posted back within 21 days of receipt, using the original mode of postage that item was sent out to you and is in the original condition with original packaging.
3. Postage costs are not refundable.
4. As soon as I receive the item, I will refund you the purchase price minus shipping (via the method you used to pay with).
5. I'm sorry but for legal and hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings.
6. Customs orders are non-returnable.
7. All my items are handmade in England by me, therefore all transactions with Jezebel Charms are subject to UK law.

I will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order but if your order does not arrive I will replace the missing items and re-send them to you once 35 days from the shipping date (NOT order date) has past.
