On any returned item(s), you will receive a refund, minus initial shipping cost. We do not offer refunds on shipping or return labels. We will happily offer refunds within 14 days on product cost only.

If you received free shipping on an order and wish to return the order, initial shipping is not refundable for any returned items for any reason. Your order will be refunded the initial product purchase price, less initial shipping.

If your order is Returned to Sender/Refused due to an error or on the provided address or not having a mailbox at the destination location, customer is responsible for providing a corrected address and paying the shipping fee before we will reship/refund the order.

We happily cater to retailers, restaurants and other outlets for rustic home decor and rustic materials. Please send us a message, we are happy to offer discounts on bulk orders for verified retail businesses.

We encourage all custom order requests for larger quantity orders, first place a sample item order so that you are certain an item will work for you, your home, store or your restaurant. We can then place the full order and complete the full scale project to perfection. We are unable to offer returns for custom orders or custom colors. so we will do everything in our power to make sure your requested item is done perfectly on the first piece so that the remainder of the larger order will be absolutely perfect. International orders can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, but most will arrive before that. On International orders, we cannot offer refunds for any order for any reason for unsuccessful delivery or lost packages. Once a shipment departs the United States we cannot guarantee the successful arrival as the United States postal service delivers the package to the destination country, and then it is up to the destination countries postal service to complete delivery to the addressee. We can only guarantee arrival of shipments inside the United States.
