Please include a phone number and an email because the customs form requests that information and it may be helpful in case there is a problem with delivery. Shipping is listed under each item for the different countries. If your area is not listed please send us a message before you purchase so we can find out if shipping is available to your area. If shipping is available to your area, we will then create for you a special listing with the additional shipping costs included in the price.

US orders:
You also have the option at checkout to add signature confirmation (to our already usual free US regular priority mail) at no additional cost to you (meaning if you are not home to sign when your package is delivered, it will be held at the post office assigned to your address as opposed to it being left on your porch, outside, etc.). Possible Variations in the jewelry:
The red round carnelian gemstone beads are approximately 8mm.
The round hematite beads are approximately 6mm.
The "drum" shape hematite beads are approximately 6mm x 6mm.
Upon request, we can send you a video of your individual piece since designs may vary slightly with different lengths and because the natural element in many of our beads can cause slight variations. Allow an additional 3 days processing time in addition to our standard if you request a video.

Must be received by us in the same condition in which it was mailed and in resalable condition with all original packaging included such as the free gift, burlap bag, calendar, thank you card, tissue paper and box with insert. We will not be responsible if any contents of the package are lost, stolen or not received by us for any reason.
