This mask is very cute - especially the fishing line whiskers! I purchased two patterns - this one & the T-Rex mask, and I found this one more complicated, but still fairly straight-forward. This seemed to require mostly hand stitching (I machine-sewed the other mask) due to the small size of the muzzle. It also required careful marking of placement lines to make sure the muzzle is even. I was hand-stitching mine out of the house, without the pattern handy, so the muzzle came out a bit uneven - but even so, the mask is adorable! Thank you!

I am very pleased with the pattern and how the mask turned out. The 3 dimensional aspect of the mask is splendid. My daughter and I worked on this together for her Halloween "jaguar" costume. I had trouble tying the fishing line but was able to stitch it to the back of the mask just fine so the whiskers turned out. Thank you!

What a nice pattern. It took a little time for me, a novice sewer, to put it together (maybe because i double up the felt to give it more structure), but the end result was really neat - a very comfortable mask for my picky kid, and it looks both cute and a little spooky. I kind of want to hang it on the wall as a decoration now that Halloween is over, it's just really cool looking. Thanks so much for the awesome pattern!
