This is adorable and fits perfect! The only thing is - and maybe I was a little naive when I bought it, - I was under the impression it had built in tulle since another review commented on it being "poofy" whereas I had the opposite problem. Just bought tulle to go under it though, and now it fits like a glove and I love it! Also SUPER fast shipping. I would highly recommend!!

Very cute skirt!! I feel like adorable whenever I wear it!! The only comment I make is that you have to wear it really high up on your sides because it is a bit tight.
