Beautifully distressed pine boards stained a weathered gray,no two pieces are the same. They may have knots or other markings. We feel it's imperfections add to the charm.
The headboards are stained and sealed with polyurethane.
Usual size is 55” tall with the legs. They are made to be attached to a standard metal bed frame. Easy assembly is needed to attach the legs to the headboard and the top molding board. Recommend a power drill.

Received this item as promised! The pre-drilled holes and instructions were helpful. The wax pencil to mark sides was good, but I flipped the legs around because I couldn't remove it to keep from showing. The planks were a little smaller on my headboard than they appear in the photo, but it looks great in the bedroom!

Love, Love, Love my new headboard! I requested a custom finish with dry brush antique white. Communication was excellent and I received a photo of the headboard prior to shipping to make sure the finish was to my liking! Shipping was reasonably priced and the headboard arrived in perfect condition. I own only a screwdriver and a hammer, so I enlisted the assistance of my father and his power tools. Took about 20 minutes to complete assembly, attaching the legs and top board using the provided markings and pre-drilled holes and attach to the brackets of my bed! Couldn't be happier, highly recommend these ladies for your purchase!

Billie and Trina were so responsive from the moment I inquired about the headboard through the process of finishing the headboard to make sure it was the color I wanted. They had sent me pictures of the progress and happily added another coat to the finish upon my request. When it arrived (which didn't take as long as I thought!), it was easy to set up and it looks great! I love having a piece that is real wood (not composite with laminate) and not factory made.
