I offer a refund policy so that if you are not satisfied with the item I offer refunds within 28 days of purchase, items may be asked to be returned before refund is given (customer must provide shipping). Refunds will not include the original postage cost.

All Items are shipped from the United Kingdom through Royal Mail
Items are shipped within 3 working days of cleared payment although I aim to post same day wherever possible. Items will be shipped to the address provided by Etsy.

Buyers in the UK can expect there item to arrive in 7 days of Payment under normal postal conditions. This will be longer for overseas buyers who will receive there item within 8-15 days.

Items are packaged In multiple layers of bubble wrap, wrapping paper and secure postage bags included in the cost of the item.
