This vintage 1974 Glenview Pottery Yuletide "Making Fancy" plate features a young Amish boy and girl making popcorn strings for the holidays. The girl is wearing a blue dress with a white pinafore and has brown hair. The boy is dressed in typical Amish black pants and blue shirt and has yellow hair. A kerosene lamp is shown on the table with holly decorating the side of the plate. Plate is in great condition with 2 small chips on the dark brown rim as shown in picture #5.

Marked on backside with Stumar Yuletide Plate. mjh Original by Glenview Pottery @ 1974 hand crafted. CT which would be the painters initials. Hole for hanging is on backside.
