Due to the customization of most products, refunds are not available. Should an item be damaged upon receipt, please let me know so that I can rectify the situation.

Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colors used in the product design. However, colors will vary on screen due to the monitor they are viewed on.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Stationery items are packaged in cello sleeves. Return address stamps are packaged in a cello bag with paper shred at the bottom and tied off with my signature navy and white stripe grosgrain ribbon.

LUCITE TRAYS
Lucite trays should not be submerged in water. They are not dishwasher safe. Please do not place hot food items directly on the trays. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Tray liner is removable for cleaning.

PLACEMATS
Placemats should be hand washed with warm, soapy water or wiped down with a gentle, all purpose cleaner and towel. Placemats are not dishwasher safe.

Studio hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Every effort will be made to respond to inquiries and emails during these hours. Orders and inquiries received after hours and on the weekends will be processed and responded to on the next available business day. Thank you for understanding that I run my business in addition to parenting my daughter and sometimes kids get sick and holidays and school breaks happen!

Items are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking and occasionally FedEx and UPS with tracking. Upgrading to USPS Priority or Express mail only speeds up the shipping time. It will not affect the above processing times. Shipping time varies depending on your location both domestically and internationally.

Due to varying production times, some items in the shop will ship separately from others. These categories currently include journals, notebooks, pencil pouches, tumblers and keychains. If your order contains a mix of items, you will be provided with tracking information for each shipment.

Please note that once an item has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company for any delivery issues. Once an item has left the shop, it is in the shipping company's possession and any issues need to be taken up with the delivery company. Tracking information is provided for each order. For help locating a missing package, please visit USPS's FAQ page and/or contact your local post office.

I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned as non-deliverable, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. Returned packages will not be held beyond two weeks. After which you will need to place a new order should you still like to receive those item
