We are proudly Australian and all our products are designed and created in our studio.

Your card will be sealed in a cello sleeve and shipped in a rigid mailer via Australia Post within 1 business day of purchase. We post all orders within Australia as Priority Mail to help it get to you a little bit quicker!

According to Australia Post shipping time within Australia is 3 - 7 business days depending on location, international orders is 7 - 14 business days.
Express Post is also offered at checkout on all domestic orders

Refunds will only be issued if an item is flawed when you receive it. Items must be returned to us in order to receive a refund. Depending on the item, a photo of the flawed item may be requested in order to receive a refund.

IMPORTANT - We do not issue refunds for change of mind. We also do not issue refunds for any other claims made that are more than 7 days after you receive delivery.

If you wish to receive a refund/free resend if goods are lost or damaged in transit you MUST upgrade your shipping to include insurance cover. Standard shipping DOES NOT include insurance cover for these circumstances.

Standard shipping at checkout is:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - untracked and uninsured. Once dispatched, shipping time estimate is 8 -14 business days depending on location. Sometimes goods can be held up further due to delays clearing customs - this is unavoidable and time expectations unpredictable.

DOMESTIC PARCEL- (Canvas totes, calendar with stand, bulk card order) - tracked but uninsured. 3-7 business days once dispatched.

DOMESTIC PRIORITY LETTER DELIVERY (for cards, notebooks, calendar refills) - neither tracked or insured. Shipping time 3-7 business days depending on location

Express upgrade is available at checkout for any orders within Australia.

If you would like a refund or free resend for any orders damaged or lost in transit - your shipping choice at checkout MUST BE UPGRADED TO INCLUDE INSURANCE COVER.

Additional policies

A full refund will be given on all cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order has already been shipped.
