Description

This is a hanging Christmas Subway Art board with a Christmas countdown chalkboard. This item is purposefully made with ¼" pine so that it is lightweight and could be hung anywhere around the house using the 3M removable hooks. The board measures 13 ¼" x 11 ¼". It has a deep red background, cream and black vinyl lettering with distressing and stain.

The color and style are nice but I thought the picture (or at least part of it) was painted on. The Giants name, SF logo, and baseball markings are all attached with vinyl. It doesn't look as nice as the painted ones I got for other teams or what I thought this one was going to look like. And, it doesn't appear to be sealed as indicated. I hope it doesn't peel off.

I gladly accept both Paypal, Etsy gift cards and Credit Card payments through Etsy. No order can be started or shipped without payment in full.

Returns & exchanges

Refunds accepted within 7 days of receipt. In order for a refund to take place you must have the item returned back to me in the same condition it was sent and the buyer pays return shipping. If you are unhappy with your sign once you receive it, I will be happy to issue you a refund once the item has been returned to me without damage. Unfortunately I cannot refund custom made signs.

Shipping policies

Production time is 5-7 days for completion of your sign. If you need your sign sooner please message me via Etsy and I will do my best to get it completed sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority which is a 1-3 day shipping time. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number. USPS Priority shipping includes insurance.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address during checkout. If the address provided is not correct, we are not responsible for packages being lost or returned. If a package does get returned, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to get the order shipped back out.

If your item(s) are damaged or lost during shipping, we will file a claim with the USPS and get a new item sent out to you. For damaged items, please send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 3 days of receipt. Do not discard item or packaging.

After we file the claim, you will receive a letter from the USPS and will need to take the damaged item AND the packaging to the post office for them to review. Once that is done, they will issue a refund and as soon as we receive that, we will ship the replacement item.

*We are not responsible for errors made on the part of the USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over what happens to it. There are occasionally shipping delays so please be sure to place your order early enough that this won't be an issue.
