Description

This listing is for personalization of your clutch with a message of your choice. This option is only to be used when purchasing clutches in my shop. Writing is in black and white. Limit your message to 150 characters or less.

1 listing per clutch. So if you are ordering 3 clutches and would like them all personalized please purchase 3 personalizations.

Please allow two weeks for construction of your clutch. Orders of 2 or more clutches will be processed in current lead time. Please contact me for more information.

I gave to my mother-in-law for a gift during my wedding and she loved it! The picture added a really nice personal touch.

Love this clutch! Just came and it will go beautifully with my daughter's wedding dress! The option to add a mother/daughter photo inside makes it truly special and sentimental!

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Only defective items may be returned or exchanged. Non-defective products CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. Please contact me by convo if you find a defect on your purchased item within 7 DAYS from the date the item was received. If you are exchanging the purchased item with another item, the difference will be either reimbursed or charged depending on which price is higher. If the prices of the two items are the same, I will ship out the new item once I receive the damaged item. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Refund is issued in the form payment was accepted.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping. I cannot control the shipping process and what happens to your item after it leaves my hands. As much as I would like to control everything along the way, I have to trust the postal system to do its job.

Items which have been used and not in their original condition CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

Colors may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under my control.

International Orders:
Duties and local taxes - Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Shipping policies

Items will be shipped out with the post office via Priority mail. U.S. orders of 2 clutches or less will ship 2 weeks after payment has cleared. International orders of 2 clutches or less will ship 3 weeks after payment clears.

Custom orders and orders of 3 clutches or more will ship according to lead time. Contact me if you need it sooner or you would like to know what the estimated time of shipment would be. Seller is not responsible for lost or damage shipments caused by shipping. If you need an order sooner than the 2 or 3 weeks you need to notify me via convo and I will let you know if I can meet your deadline. Messages left on the payment receipt is not confirmation that I can meet your deadline. I have to agree to get the item to you sooner. Please contact me via Etsy for any questions.

Orders with customization or personalization in the interior of the clutch such as labels/messages and photos CANNOT be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: Customs fees or duties that are incurred when the item arrives to that country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important update on shipping to Canada:
Due to an ongoing labour dispute, Canada Post has informed us that it may halt acceptance of new shipments and delivery of mail and parcels beginning on July 2nd. At this time, all shipments to, within, and from Canada that are handled by Canada Post will be affected until the dispute is resolved. This includes shipments into Canada from other national carriers like USPS and Royal Mail. I will not be able to ensure delivery on shipments sent out past the last ship dates suggested by Canada Post July 2nd, 2016. I am not responsible for customs delays.
