Description

Finally a recipe for a pizza base that makes a tasty, wholesome dough. As well as being gluten free, this pizza dough has no dairy, eggs, gum, or added sugar.

Makes 4 pizza 25cm bases (10 inch).

This dough can be kneaded, shaped and stretched a little to make a pizza base. It uses yeast, and requires time to rise and develop its potential to provide a pizza base with a crisp crust and a soft crumb.

All my recipes use ingredients that are readily available in supermarkets and health food stores.

This pizza dough can be used to make bases for freezing, or for immediate use.

Haven't had a chance to make this yet but recipe looks very easy to follow and I look forward to trying it! For someone allergic to both wheat/gluten and yeast it's great to find a recipe without either.
