Description

A breathtaking 1" beryl pendant hangs from a hand-wrapped sterling silver bail on this gorgeous necklace of matching round beryl beads. All spacer beads and findings are sterling silver and the beads are strung with strong jeweler’s wire using the finest craftsmanship.

Look for the earrings in the "earrings" section.

These amazing beads really show the airy character of the beryl stone. Beryl is listed as one of the nine stones in the priestly Breastplate of Aaron in the Book of Exodus:

"Call all the skilled workers to whom I have given ability, and tell them to make Aaron's clothes, so that he may be dedicated as a priest in my service.
Tell them to make a breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, an embroidered shirt, a turban, and a sash. They are to make these priestly garments for your brother Aaron and his sons, so that they can serve me as priests.
You shall make a breastpiece of judgment, in skilled work. It is to be made of the same materials as the ephod and with similar embroidery. It is to be square and folded double, 9 inches long and 9 inches wide. Mount four rows of precious stones on it; in the first row mount a ruby, a topaz, and a garnet; in the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond; in the third row, a turquoise, an agate, and an amethyst; and in the fourth row, a beryl, a carnelian, and a jasper…”

Exodus 28:3 –5, 15-20

This beryl set is the second in the Breastplate of Aaron series, which will be a series of sets incorporating different stones mentioned in the Biblical passage from Exodus.

All Heavenly City™ jewelry comes in an attractive box with an elegant scroll explaining the significance of the piece.

NOTE: All items are shipped Priority Mail with insurance up to $100. Additional items ship for only $1 more as long as they can fit in the box: 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8".

Additional policies

Depending on availability and market costs, a similar stone may be substituted for actual jacinth, sapphire, emerald, and topaz. When substitutions are made, they will be specifically delineated in the materials listing.

I use 14kt solid gold, 14kt hollow gold, and 14k gold filled beads and findings. I avoid gold plate whenever possible.

My bracelets are made with strong jeweler's wire and 14k gold-filled or sterling silver clasps. White gold is not available at this time, however, there are plans to include it in the future.

Stretchy bracelets or toggle clasp bracelets can be made using Alchemy.

If genuine sapphire beads are desired, or a 100% 14k gold clasp is desired, this can also be usually be arranged, subject to market availability of genuine gemstone beads and gold findings.

Note: Bible translations differ in their rendering of the stones in the text. I have researched and come up with what seems to be an authoritative list. If you want different stones (for example, some less used translations render jacinth as turquoise), please contact me. This can likely be arranged as well.
