BOOTS and SHOES:
Felted wool clogs, as well as other natural wool does not require washing. Wool naturally repels dirt, it is usually sufficient to air felted footwear for odours to disappear.
You can also use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum any accumulated dirt/dust from your footwear.
CLOGS (slippers with latex coating only) and CAT CAVES/mats:

If necessary, wash clogs by hand or in a washing machine on wool or hand-washing mode, use wool detergent. The clogs should be washed and rinsed in warm water of the same temperature.

The sizing in different countries and even between different shoe brands is not consistent. I suggest measuring your feet by tracing them on a piece of paper with your full weight on the foot you are tracing. Make sure to keep the pencil/pen at 90 degrees to the surface of the paper. Measure the longest distance between your heel and toes and add that number into the notes when ordering.

Packages sent by courier take 2-3 days to reach their destination (do not forget to take into account the production time).

Ready to ship items will be shipped 1-3 working days after payment.
Made to order items will be made and shipped in 10-20 days. In Holiday seasons, due to large amount of orders, making of custom orders can take longer.

Latex coating -- non slip coat of latex, flexible and thin, makes your slippers more grippy on any floor.

Rubber -- thin flexible rubber soling, protects your slippers from wet conditions, suitable for inside wear.

Natural rubber -- made from natural latex, durable, non slip, good for a dash outside to grab your papers or have a coffee on a patio.

Upcycled leather -- soft, non slip soleing for very quiet and smooth experience. The leather has been upcycled from old clothing.

All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee.
All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 20€

The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case of the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the package only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer. Exceptions for custom orders apply.

All returns should be posted in a polymailer bag securely packaged (can be a bubble poly mailer bag). Replacement items will be started upon receipt of the original item. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the original item.

All our shoes and slippers come with upcycled leather pull tabs, if you prefer for there to be no tabs -- just leave a note on the checkout to that effect.
