We are sorry but we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless an error has been made on our part. If this does occur, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package for return authorization, and the item(s) must be returned within 48 hours of receipt and an exchange will be made and shipped immediately. In some cases a refund may be given (less shipping). We sincerely apologize for any problems you've experienced with your order. Unfortunately from time to time, these issues arise, and we will do everything in our power to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you request to exchange an item or items because you would like a different size or color and your request is accepted, you will be responsible for returning the original item(s) in addition to the new shipping fee.

Orders will ship to the address on your Etsy invoice unless we have been emailed directly for any changes.

All items will be shipped Royal Mail First Class (2-5 business days) unless other arrangements have been made prior to the shipment of your order.

If tracking has been paid for a tracking code will be kept for your reference if required.

All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day. If you would like to make arrangements to have your order rushed, please email us BEFORE you place your order for a quote.

We also ship Internationally. Please allow 1-6 Weeks for International Shipping. International shipping times vary and will depend on the amount of time the package takes to get through your customs department in addition to your postal service. We cannot take responsibility for the time it takes to get to you. We can only be responsible for when we ship your order. FAQs

DTG
We use a state of the art direct-to-garment printer on 90% of our items, so the designs are dyed into the fibers of the garments, making them exceptionally durable.

We always recommend that you wash our garments inside out, but other than that, they are durable and can withstand a normal wash!
To keep at it's best, you are advised to wash at 40 degrees or less, but this is certainly not essential with our clothing!

Vinyl

We also use vinyl or printed vinyl on some of our garments, which are also incredibly durable, again you are advised to wash these items inside out, at 60 degrees or less.
All of our designs are carefully handcrafted to fit your needs! If you would like a customization to your order, please do not hesitate to ask us.
