(1) Add the invitation to your cart.

(2) Choose the file type you would like (JPEG or PDF):
• JPG - A single 5x7 jpeg file (photo lab printing)
• PDF - 2 5x7 invitations on an 8.5x11 PDF (printing at home or a print shop such as FedEx Office)
• Please notify me if you are using a premium online print service such as Vistaprint so that I can create the file in their specific dimensions to avoid any image/word cut-offs.)

(3) Type your party information (names, dates, address, RSVP, etc) in the 'Notes to Seller'.

(4) You will get your file within 3 business days (M-F). All proofs are sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy, and they are ready-to-print. If you need changes it's no problem - we offer as many rounds of edits as needed! :)

How do printables work?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Printables are easy, convenient, and best of all, affordable! You can print as many as you need. If you would like a photo finish, you can email or take your JPEG file on a USB drive to a local photo printer (Walmart, Walgreens, etc). If you want card stock finish, you can print your PDF at home or a print shop such as FedEx Office or Staples. You can even send to an online printer (we recommend VistaPrint and mpix.com) - just be sure to let us know so that we can create to their specifications.

What will I need?

• Printer or preferred print shop
• Scissors or paper cutter (if printing yourself)
• Paper (if printing yourself). We recommend heavy bright white cardstock for best results.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader if you requested a PDF (free download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/)
• A7 envelopes (for 5x7)- they can be purchased at most office supply stores, craft stores (Hobby Lobby has a nice selection), and Amazon.

- Colors and designs can be changed - just let us know what you're looking for! Extensive design changes may incur an additional fee.

- It is strongly recommended that you do a test print prior to printing your whole batch. We test print each design, but each printer has different capabilities We can always work with you to make adjustments as needed.

- Keep in mind that all printers and computer monitors show color differently and the color/ tint / brightness may differ from your screen. When reviewing your proof, be aware that iPhones / smartphones / iPads can make the color appear neon and discolored. It's best to review on a regular computer monitor.

- Buyer should have basic knowledge of their specific printer settings and options. Em & Bea Paperie does not assume responsibility for printer issues.
