If there was a mistake made on your order and your order differs from what your instructions were on the Etsy Invoice, of course we will make as you ordered. Please inform us within 3 business days of any incorrect orders.

Please be careful when ordering: get the correct size and make sure you have double checked spelling on personalized items. We do not offer an exchange on custom made items in the case where instructions were incorrectly given.

NOTE: We monogram initials in the order GIVEN. If you list them incorrectly, this is your error, not ours. Please list as First, LAST, and then Middle names. The center letter is usually larger and depicts the LAST name. If you have any question, please list the entire name. No refund or replacement will be made for initials given to us in the wrong order.
