Description

Five Parrots: Lost Cave Paintings of Saint Paul

Print of an original Lost Cave Painting of Saint Paul.

I imagine and excavate the Lost Cave Paintings of Saint Paul (Minnesota) from the comfort of my living room studio which is remarkably free of rats and bats. The substrate for these parrots is an aluminum board (24"x8") covered with tinted gesso. When the gesso is dry, I painted the parrots with watercolor, and covered the entire piece with archival spray.

This is an archival print of an original painting. The print measures approximately 8x24".

If the original is available, it is listed on ETSY.
