I make each tutu with two full layers of tulle and I use over 75 yards of premium quality tulle for all of my tutus so they will be extra full and fluffy!!!!! (Smaller (shorter) sized tutus will look a lot more full than longer ones).
I use soft crochet bands that are very stretchy and comfortable. They stretch from 12" to 24" so it fits most of your little princesses (from newborn to 6t) I add a chiffon shabby chic flower centered with a stunning pearl with rhinestones on an alligator clip for an extra special unique look!!!!
