Retro fabulous 1920's Mosser Glass Pitcher: Rambling Rose pattern, of Vaseline (uranium) Depression glass...Shabby cottage chic just in time for Spring!

The design qualities combine the sturdy with the delicate: the pulled ribbed handle offsets an embossed floral pattern, while its fluted rim floats above the deep, feminine curves of the pitcher's body. A fantastic piece, looks great in a window where it can catch the sun.

The cool thing about authentic Vaseline glass is its ability to fluoresce (glow) in certain light - black light is the best. This is due to trace levels of uranium oxide in the glass, considered harmless by most collectors...

Pitcher is over 90 years old, and in excellent condition, with the "M" mark etched in the bottom. It measures about 9" tall x 7" at its widest point, and weighs almost 4 lbs. It holds about 90 ounces of liquid.
