I am happy to announce that thanks to Etsy, this has become my full time job (hooray!) So when an item is purchased it is usually shipped either that day or within 4 days tops.
Crochet items usually takes between 5-7 days to create and ship.

Items shipped within the US are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking, so you can keep a close eye on your package.

I do offer international shipping however, although tracking is available with First Class International mail some postal services do not scan in the item tracking numbers once in designated country. In most cases an item is delivered within 6-10 days, but on occasion delivery can be up to 20 days, just so you know.

Customs:
Any duty/tax/VAT fees imposed by your country, required upon arrival, are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware it is unlawful for me to falsify dollar amounts or mark your purchase as a "gift" in order to avoid duty charges. Delays in customs are beyond the control of Luvhandmadexoxo.

1. What type of yarn do you use to make your crochet items?
A. I use soft 100% acrylic and 100% cotton yarn for slouchy hats and a soft wool blend for cowl scarves...don't worry, it's not itchy!

2. Do you offer discount pricing for large orders?
A. Yes. I do offer wholesale prices for 12+ items. Please contact me for pricing and turnaround times. Sorry no returns or exchange on wholesale orders. Please make sure you choose the items that you really would like.

3. Do you ship to APO addresses?
A. Yes.

4. I really like the style of a crochet hat, but would like to know if I could get it in a different color?

A. Yes. You can have any crochet item in a different color. Just browse through my shop and choose any color from the crochet listings available. Just leave me a note during checkout and consider it done :)

5. I have really sensitive skin, are your necklaces nickel and lead free?
A. Yes. I purchase my supplies from a reputable vendor who list which items are Lead and nickel free. I have sensitive skin too so I would never wear or work
with any materials that were not.

6. I would like to purchase an item for a gift, could you write a note saying the following........?
A. Absolutely! Gift giving has never been easier. There is a "gift" option for you
