If you receive your item and it is broken or damaged upon arrival, please send the item back and message me as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. I will replace the damaged item. No returns will be taken after two days of the arrival date.
•Spelling•
I will etched personalized items exactly as they appear in the "Message to Seller" when you checkout. If I make a mistake and etch the name incorrectly your item will be refunded and you will receive the same item with the correct spelling. If the spelling was incorrect in the "Message to Seller" the item will not be refunded so please be careful when you type your message.
•Returns•
I describe each product as carefully as possible and take pictures from many angles so your product arrives exactly as you hoped. There will be no returns on personalized items. Only on items that can be resold. Customer pays return shipping.
