Our goal is to get you quality vinyl in a timely manner. We use 3M air egress vinyl which means no air bubbles for your customers. It prints more vibrantly than any other vinyl I have ever used and has a 3-5 year durability life span. We use a new wide format printer to print all our vinyl with eco solvent ink so you are getting amazing quality vinyl.
There are descriptions below for all three types of vinyl we offer but if you have any additional questions please message me. We also offer a laminate option as well to protect those decals that might be prone to fading such as any decals that come into contact with the oils from skin. Unfortunately this is the one thing I have found to cause fading. You can also order laminate to apply on your own and there is a listing oracal laminate.

Outdoor Vinyl
We us a 3M air egress vinyl with a gloss finish, so it has great shine and no air bubbles. Vinyl is outdoor durable for up to 5 years. This vinyl is not recommended for use on painted surfaces. This is a great vinyl for decals because it holds up with little fading except for when it comes into frequent contact with the oils on hands therefore this vinyl can fade when used on items such as phones or anything that is touched a lot with your hands. I do recommend the oraguard laminate if you are using the vinyl to cut small decals for phones or key chains. Most other decals do not require this type of laminate because they are not exposed to the oils on your hands. There is a link below to order the laminate. Follow the instructions in the laminate listing so that I will know which sheets you wish to have the laminate applied to. It is great for car decals, water bottles, phone decals etc. We recommend using RTape clear choice transfer tape, that is what we use and it works well. High tack tape is not recommended. It is compatible with all craft cutters such as: Cricut, Silhouette, Xyron, Craft ROBO, Graphtec, Quickutz, Inspirations, Pazzles, etc. If you choose to laminate your vinyl you will need to increase the pressure or cut settings on your cutter.
Indoor Vinyl
This vinyl has a 3 year lifespan indoors and can be used on painted surfaces. This vinyl has a matte finish. Vinyl should be treated with care. Hand wash only. I use elite application tape hi tack for application. It is compatible with all craft cutters such as: Cricut, Silhouette, Xyron, Craft ROBO, Graphtec, Quickutz, Inspirations, Pazzles, etc.
HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
ALL HTV ORDERS COME WITH 1 12X12 SHEET OF HTV FILM, IF YOU NEED MORE SEE OUR LISTING BELOW.
**THIS IS VINYL AND NOT FABRIC SO IT WILL VARY FROM THE FABRIC SLIGHTLY**
We use Stahls Express Print Vinyl. This HTV can be used on cotton, cotton blends, and synthetic fabrics. Print the image right reading. Heat press instructions are included with invoice. Once cut and weeded use a heat transfer film, we use Stahls Magic Mask heat transfer. This heat transfer film remains on the fabric over the vinyl during heat pressing or ironing. Use pressure for 30 seconds (I find it best to do it in 2 15 second intervals) at 320-330°F-. The sheet is then removed once it is cool enough to touch. This product can be applied with an iron. See additional instructions below. If you are looking for heat transfer film see our listing below.

DIRECTIONS-
DIRECTIONS FOR HEAT PRESS-
Cut pattern side up (DO NOT REVERSE CUT) and weed excess material. Apply heat transfer film to top of weeded design, squeegee, remove backing(slowly) and place on garment. Heat press at 320 degrees for 18 seconds with medium to heavy pressure. Peel hot within 5 seconds.
DIRECTION FOR IRON-
***Test on scrap fabric or in an inconspicuous area first to figure out your needed time and iron settings since all irons are different.
Cut pattern/color side (not in reverse). Weed excess material. Apply heat transfer tape to the top of the design (not included), squeegee, remove backing and place on garment.
PLACE PARCHMENT PAPER OR TEFLON SHEET on top of vinyl and tape. If you do not use parchment paper or teflon, the vinyl can melt.
Turn iron onto low to medium low heat. Start with 10 seconds with even downward pressure and add an additional 5 seconds as needed. Try to avoid moving the iron. When the pattern of the fabric threads and the edges are attached, the vinyl is properly adhered.
