Please remember all our items are uniquely made to order with your special details. We work fast while maintaining quality to get your order filled and to you ASAP. Most of our items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering however some items ship at 3-4 weeks. If you need an item sooner, we can ship sooner! All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy.

Expedited shipping is available and will add to the total cost of shipping (please contact me prior to checking out if expedited shipping is required).

International Customs:
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

We package all orders very carefully however sometimes damage can occur in transport, we have no control over this. If an item arrives damaged to you, feel free to convo us so we can come up with a solution. In most all cases you, we will gladly remake and ship the item out to you. In some cases we will have it sent back and fixed.

We provide tracking information for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, we will wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).

I have no control over Mother Nature. Sometimes weather will delay packages, unfortuantley that is our of our control.

All orders are shipped 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail via USPS or FedEx Ground.
