With this DIY-Kit you will learn a basic Japanese bookbinding technique, making a beautiful Japanese notebook with hardcover.

The kit includes:

- Handmade Beechwood folder (basic bookbinding tool)
- 100 ml. synthetic glue paste
- Waxed thread 100gr made in Spain (for creating a lots of notebooks)
- Bookbinding Needle
- Auger No.1 (manual drill) wooden handle
- Cotton fabric with special paper for screen-printed binding in our workshop (choose your design)
- Cardboard sheets to make a notebook
- 20 sheets of paper (100gr)
- Flat Brush.

- Special handmade nepal paper for binding

I love this kit! Only complaint is I did not receive the book cover paper I chose in the options. I love this kitty so much that I don’t even care about the cover style. I plan on making more of these very soon! Highly recommend!!!!

The design of the kit is so so authentic and contemporary. The contents of the kit are all high quality tools with an amazing instructions note which I couldn’t stop looking at. And the paper has such a beautiful texture! When I paid for shipping, I didn’t expect it to be DHL shipping, which was fantastic as everything arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. Fantastic company, I love these guys. Well done to the team ❤️

My friend just received hers in Germany as my Xmas gift to her. She is in love! She was interested in my bookbinding process when I would make books and this is an excellent intro to bookbinding using the Japanese stab stitch and we both love Japanese culture and rock music so this was too perfect.
