We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns of sealed items in original condition or defective products within 10 days of the order date. Please email us to let us know that we should expect the package.

NOTE: Personalized and sale items can not be returned.
Refunds will be issued for the item price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes in the same manner as the order was paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be sent to: Sea Urchin Studio, ATTN: Returns, PO Box 692, Ridgefield, CT 06877. Be sure to pack and seal the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD shipments. We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.

DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship orders within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. Custom orders can take up to 10 days to ship.

Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Sea Urchin Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Connecticut.

Domestic Orders: USPS or UPS ground
International Orders: USPS or UPS

SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship to the address provided to us through Paypal. This address appears on your etsy invoice as well. Please be sure that you have selected the correct address for shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to outdated/incorrect addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship by USPS. Sea Urchin Studio is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note - transit times may vary due to customs delays.

SHIPPING FEES
The shipping charges in multiple-item purchases, by default, are sometimes higher than actual shipping costs. If this is the case, we will refund the difference to you.

CUSTOM WORK: if you have a request for something that does not exist in the shop, please feel free to convo us; we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that prices for custom work are higher than prices for prints that are readily available in our shop. This is due to the time we spend making each custom order truly unique, as well as higher costs associated with printing by hand.

5x7 = $15
8x10 = $25
11x14 = $45
12x16 = $55
16x20 = $75

CUSTOM SERVICES: A fee of $10 will be added to the price of the product for custom colors, or other personalized details outside of adding a name.
