Baby Christening Gown Set done in the Double Love Knot Stitch.


Size: 5 to 10 lbs (Newborn to 3 months)

Materials: 2-5 ounce skein of Red Heart "Light” TLC BABY 3-ply Sports Weight Baby Yarn (141g – 360yds – 329m)
3 snaps for back closure
1 skein of Crewel Embroidery Thread for trim around the neck using 2 strands (optional)
4 yds of 3/8 inch double-faced satin ribbon
Embellishments of your choice (optional) Hook size –
2.75mm Steel Crochet Hook

Gauge – 13 dc x 6 rows = 2 1/2" square
Pattern stitch = 6 rows = 2 1/2 "
4 double love knot sts = 4 1/2"

Uses Standard American Abbreviations and Terminology
