Description

This is a pattern for a crocheted necklace that is a simple design of leaves and leaf clusters. The leaves and leaf clusters are evenly arranged around the necklace. A button and simple buttonhole act as the closure with delicate leaf clusters adorning the back, making the necklace stunning with short hair or an updo.

Although the design is simple, working with such fine crochet thread can be challenging, but the beautiful result is worth it. This is best for the experienced crocheter.

The pattern is a 10 page PDF illustrated with many photographs including step-by-step photographs of my leaf and leaf cluster designs.

Skills needed: chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, triple crochet and double triple crochet. Sewing on a button. Fastening off and weaving in ends (I give suggestions on how best to do this).

I use standard American crochet terms throughout the pattern.

Materials: crochet thread (size 10 cotton), button (about ¼”), crochet hook size 7 or size to crochet comfortably and to obtain the correct gauge, needle (for weaving in ends and sewing on the button)

This design can also be worked with a larger hook and a thicker yarn as practice or to create a scarf or belt.

Please remember that the creating these designs and writing this pattern represents many hours of my work. I hope that you will respect my time and my creativity and not share or copy this pattern in any form. Feel free to create your own necklaces to sell, but I ask that you mention my pattern, my shop and my website with a link or in print on your materials.

If you have questions or problems with this pattern please contact me and I will assist you.

Because of the nature of the downloadable PDF, this pattern is non-returnable.
