Description

This is a super soft and durable blanket made with Minky Cuddle Dimple in red and 100% cotton houndstooth in black and white. The houndstooth was pre-washed in cold water only to prevent shrinkage. The Minky side of the blanket has a large and small elephant applique in red, black and white check with "Bama Baby" embroidered underneath. You have the option to add a name or three initial monogram to the top of the applique free of charge. Please type your requested name or monogram EXACTLY as you want it to appear in the comment section when placing your order. The name will be stitched in black to coordinate with the "Bama Baby". If you do not leave a comment, you will receive a blanket just as depicted in the photos.

This listing includes a white 6 ply burp cloth with matching elephants applique.

Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron.

We ask that you review your order completely before submitting it as we will start production on your item as soon as we receive the order. If you any any questions whatsoever, please convo me before placing your order. No changes or refunds will be made to custom items once your order is received. We will not start production of any item until payment in full is received. An order is not placed until payment in full is received.

Returns & exchanges

No refunds will be issued for personalized items once an order is received. Please convo with any questions before submitting your order. If a mistake is made by me or there is a defect in the product I used, I ask that you notify me within 3 days after receiving your item and noticing the problem. If the problem is on my end, I will re-send the item after receiving the defective product back or ask that the item be returned to me and I will fix any defect. We ask that you measure your child prior to ordering any of our products and refer to the size chart listed in each product. If you do not find a size chart please convo me and I will provide measurements. We will not issue refunds for items that do not fit if you have not inquired about measurements. Since our items are custom made and personalized, we do not accept cancellations once the order is received. We start processing your order as soon as possible so that we can get it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping policies

All items will be sent through the US Postal Service and a tracking number will be provided once an item is mailed. If you want insurance on an item an additional fee may apply. If you wish for an item to be upgraded to Priority Mail additional fees will apply. We have attempted to use Etsy's calculated shipping tool where possible and you have the option to chose First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

If you want an item to be shipped to a different address (as a gift) please convo me with information.

We will refund any overages on shipping charges greater than $2.00 for combined items.

We are not offering international shipping on all items at this time.

We will not issue a refund OR replace an item that has been shipped until that item has been in the possession of the post office for at least 15 days. After we drop a package at the post office, the item is out of our hands and out of our control. After 15 days in transit, if an item cannot be located by the post office we will either issue a full refund or replace your item. We reserve the right to file a claim with the post office for any lost packages. If we issue a refund or replace a lost item and you do eventually receive the package, the package is to be returned to us by either you marking the package "REFUSED" or return it to us marked "COLLECT POSTAGE FROM ADDRESSEE" and we will pay the return postage.

FAQs

We will be happy to gift wrap and ship your purchase to a gift recipient. Gift card can be included and we will not include a receipt.
Custom and personalized orders are welcome! You can request custom colors, sizes, fabrics, personalization, fonts and themes. Additional charges may apply but we will make all charges clear before you place your order. Custom orders are not returnable as they are created to your specifications.
Please refer to our sizing charts in each listing for measurements. If you need an item sized differently (add an inch to a hemline, shorten a hemline, etc.) please send us a convo with your request. Any item altered to your specifications is not returnable as it is made just for you.
When you place your order we try to respond promptly with an estimated ship date. If you need your order faster, we can try to accommodate your needs but a rush fee may apply. If an order is needed before the time estimated in the listing, please convo us before placing your order to receive an estimated time frame. Some times of the year are busier than others - particularly the Christmas holidays - so please check with us and we will make every effort to get your item to you when you need it.
