Description

ABOUT

It’s not enough to win. Winning can be boring, routine. But to win with style, with daring, with panache - that is what elevates a rider to the greats.

MERCKX '69

On the 15th July, 1969, Eddy Merckx scored perhaps his greatest triumph. Riding in his debut Tour de France, Merckx - already in yellow - attacked early.

He rode for 140km alone through the Pyrenées’ feared ‘Circle of Death’, across the Col de Peyresourde, Col d'Aspin, Col du Tourmalet and the Col d’Aubisque.

He won the stage by an incredible eight minutes, and the era of Merckxissimo was born.

Shipping

Shipping prices are clearly stated, and include packaging.

Postage to the UK will be by standard first class post, unless your order value is more than £41, in which case a tracked delivery method will be used.

Postage to the USA will be by standard air mail, which is NOT tracked. If you would like tracked delivery, please contact me, but please note that the cost for this is $10.

I aim to despatch all items as fast as possible, but please allow 5 working days from the time of order for receipt (or 12 days to the USA/Worldwide). If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible to advise me.

Custom designs and orders will of course take longer, I'll give you and estimated time before you place the order.

All items are shipped from the UK and postage prices do NOT include any local customs or import charges that you may incur due to shipping the item overseas.

All items are well packed prior to sending but if an item is damaged during shipping then I must be contacted as soon as possible.

I try to take photographs that are as accurate as possible, but due to the difference in various monitors, colours may vary from the actual item.

I also describe my items as accurately as possible, so please check actual sizes quoted in the item description.

Photos and computer screens also struggle to fully show the texture and detail of prints.
