Please let us know if you are unhappy with the items received, and we can arrange for a refund or exchange. Refund will be issued for the total of your purchase less actual shipping cost (actual shipping cost may be higher than the one charged due to combined shipping discount we offer). If you would like to exchange an item purchased, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. One exchange per order, please. All items purchased in our shop can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns of $50+. 15% restocking fee is charged on all custom orders.

YKK color cards are non-returnable.

Please note that all zippers are made in USA (except for a few listings that clearly indicate that zippers are made in Indonesia); all buttons, clasps, and clip-on charms are imported (except for vintage buttons).

Processing time: Please allow 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for order fulfillment plus transit time. Please note the "Scheduled to Ship by" date on your invoice. Your order will ship on or before the date shown on the invoice. The majority of our US customers receive their order within a week of placing the order. If you request a custom listing, please allow additional 1-3 business days from time of initial contact. We recommend purchasing from existing listings in order to speed up order processing. Insurance and Shipping upgrades are optional. All orders are shipped via USPS - First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of the shipment.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to assure that the address provided at checkout is correct. If a package is returned as undeliverable or with insufficient address, additional shipping charges to re-mail the package will be billed to the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL customers: please provide your phone number in the "Note to the Seller" field at checkout (or via convo) - the phone number is required on the Customs form. If no phone number is provided at checkout, we will have to use "unknown" for the importer's phone # field.
