This item is exactly what I expected. Can't wait to give it to my son-in-law for Christmas. I'm hoping to finally give him a puzzle that he will have trouble solving. I had several questions regarding the difficulty of the puzzle and the Sisolak's were very helpful. Great customer service!

The quality was very good, but the puzzle is just too difficult to be fun for our crowd. The Seller contacted me immediately upon giving this initial review and generously offered helpful information (e.g. using the wood grain) and other puzzles that are easier. I've changed my review because of the outstanding customer service.
