Buy your party supplies early in order to avoid problems with estimated arrival times. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide on ETSY. Please notify me if your shipping address is different from your address in your order. Once an item has shipped it is now in the shippers hands. If an item gets lost or delayed please contact the company that has your item. Once shipped the postal service or UPS is now responsible for getting the item to you. I cannot see any more information than you do on the tracking side of things. The postal services phone number if 1-800-275-8777 if you would like to see if you can get more information on your package.

The postal service does NOT guarantee delivery times on first class (generally 3-5 days), priority mail (generally 2-3) or parcel select (can take up to two weeks). The only service they guarantee times on is EXPRESS mail guaranteed. which is 1-2 days. This does not include my processing times. It is your responsibility to take into account processing times.

Please note that I do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. First class is not insured unless you pay for it and I insure it for you. You must file a claim right away and have up to 60 days to file a claim with the Postal Service. This time frame may change so please check the postal service guidelines for claim information. Since I am not the one actually delivering the order I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages. I will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced orders. You must file the claim and the postal service or other carrier, will judge whether the claim should be paid or not. If you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

DOMESTIC

All Domestic orders will be shipped USPS mail unless otherwise noted.

I will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail or through another shipping service. I am also not responsible if shipments are delayed or not on time. I am not the postal service, Fed Ex or UPS and cannot control how they operate. We both use them and hope they do their job and most of the time they do. but sometimes they don't.

If you would like your package insured, please contact me before purchasing an item, and I will adjust the shipping cost. If you need to file a claim with the postal service for a lost, damaged or an item that is not on time then please do that. I will not be able to do that on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL

I will ship all International orders under $100.00 via USPS First Class mail. Please note that this service may take an unspecified time to arrive and does not include tracking. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties due upon delivery, and shipments lost in the mail. Unfortunately insurance is cost prohibited on International shipping, so I am unable to issue refunds on lost shipments unless you choose to pay additional for insurance.

If you wish to have your international package tracked, please contact me to arrange a quote for Priority or Express Mail shipping.

Buyers inthe EU (European Union) Return policies for EU only:
If you are located in the EU you have 14 days to return an item that is not custom handmade. You as the buyer have to pay the return postage. Once I receive the unused, unopened item, I will refund your money.

Balloons are fragile and many factors can make even the best balloons like these Qualatex pop. Those factors include- rapid changes in temperature (don't have the balloon in a hot car then rapidly blown up in a cold store--let it adjust to the new temperature before blowing it up), blowing up the balloon too fast (sometimes new helium operators aren't yet able to guage the flow of the helium and can rip the balloon), or simple being carried in a purse or bag that has a slightly sharp item that nicks the balloon and you can't tell until it get's blown up, some balloons will not float if the part company uses a low/cheap helium tank. There are different mixtures of helium and some companies that are trying to make a fast buck will purchase a low grade helium tank which will result in ballons that do not float or don't float for a long tine. Pure helium is always the best for all balloons! Due to these and many other factors we recommend two sets of balloons for photo shoots and important events. We use Qauatex balloons that are the highest quality balloons. They are the thickest, longest lasting round balloons in the business Their fail rate is laes than 3%.

How long do helium balloons last? If you need them for a big even blowing them up right before the event is best. Ours state that they can float for 3 days.If they do not have confetti in them, ask the store where you get them filled to add Hi-Float. This extends the float time to go from 8-15 hours to up to a few days. Confetti balloons cannot have Hi-float added as it is a gel and will ruin the confetti.
