Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

A lot of time and effort goes into checking my products to a high standard, so I do hope you will be happy with your purchases!

If for any reason you are not pleased with your item, please email me straight away (within 2 days of receiving the item) to let me know. I may be able to give a refund, depending on the problem or reason.

The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs incurred in the return of the item(s) to me.

Please post returns in the original packaging, mark the package with 'return of unsuitable goods' and obtain proof of posting for any items returned. This is very important !

Custom orders are not eligible for a refund, unless it is found to be damaged, faulty or very different from the design agreed upon.

In the case of an item being faulty or damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the fault / damage and contact me as soon as possible and I will happily replace the item or give a refund.

Shipping policies

I will ship your items as soon as possible - it is usually possible to post within 5 working days of receiving the order as the labs I use have a quick turn around.

I use a professional lab in the US to print and drop ship my prints and gallery wrap canvases, so you do not have to wait for items to arrive from the UK.

Please note - Tote bags, pillow covers and phone cases are made and shipped by an outside source, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

**If you would like any item quicker, they can sometimes be sent by a courier express service at extra cost (payable by you). Please let me know if you would like this service, and I will be able to get a quote.


Please note that international customers from outside the UK are responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes imposed by their countries' postal authorities at customs. I must, by law, clearly mark parcels as being merchandise, and state the price paid on any customs declarations; I cannot be responsible for any delays at customs.
