ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If your order comes to you damaged, please take several pictures, (clearly please), and send to us along with your message. It is important to us that you please take a picture of the box as well, so we can submit that to the carrier. We must ask that you do this within 5 days of receiving the item otherwise we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are 100% minus original shipping charges.

REFUNDS

If you are not 100% happy with any item then you can send it back (Buyer pays return postage) and a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping) minus a 10% restocking fee will be made. The return must be made within 14 days of purchase and the item must be well packaged and undamaged in any way.

We can not refund your purchase if you damage it, (if a child breaks it, if it falls to the ground or used in any way that it was not designed for and damage occurs)

Custom orders are not refundable. Each item is designed and 3D printed, and countless hours are spent making each custom creation, so I respectfully decline issuing a refund on custom orders. I do my best to be very thorough in working with a custom order so there's no room for mistakes or misunderstandings.

Stock items that are also requested to be modified are also not refundable.

REPAIRS

Should an item not function or perform as intended or require a repair then you can send the item back to us (buyer pays postage) and we will attempt to repair the item and send it back to you free of charge.

Should the item be unrepairable and the damage is through no fault of the buyer then the item will be replaced with a new one free of charge, otherwise a repair fee will be charged.
