TRANSIT TIMES:
Transit times can vary tremendously. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't a common problem, but it does happens from time to time.

Some countries will charge duty for international packages. Some packages go through without any charges, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes applied by their County's customs or postal service.

TRACKING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking may show your package being “frozen” at a major US port, but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until it is scanned in your Country or delivered.

Don't shower swim or hot tub with your jewelry on
Chlorine and chemicals in shampoos, soaps are hard on jewelry
Avoid hairsprays, perfumes, lotions or other chemicals such as sunscreen
After cleaning and drying jewelry with a soft cloth or polishing cloth, store in airtight container or ziploc bag.
Toss anti tarnish strips in with your jewelry to absorb moisture and prevent tarnish
