The sign is made with wood with a slat looking detail and painted to look old and rustic. The outline is done in gold screws (Brass) for a nice detail to the outline. It is wrapped with yarn to fill in the word "LOVE"

Sign: 11.25" x 18"
With Frame: 16.5" x 23.5"

The Sign comes with out the frame unless you add the custom frame option. :) The frame and the wood slat sign is all custom made here in our wood shop. Looking for custom colors, You're more then welcome to change it up. :)

Shipping is 2-3 weeks during the holiday season. If looking for a rush send a message and we will get back to you regarding processing times. Rush orders will require an extra fee.

(REGARDING CUSTOMIZED ORDERS)

Due to the personalized nature of Genuine Littles stationery, no refunds, replacements or exchanges are accepted.

If paying through PayPal, .30 will be charged for any refund that has been requested or given.

• Genuine Littles is not responsible for proofreading your proofs, refunds will not be issued for errors you may have approved.

• Genuine Littles does not accept returns or offer refunds based on color. Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.

• All orders are shipped with delivery tracking. If one is not provided at the time your order ships and you would like the tracking, please don't hesitate to ask for it. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments. If you wish to return a sign you must return it with in 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items that are returned because of non pickup or incorrect address will not receive a full refund. (Shipping will not be refunded)

• There is a Cancellation Fee of 50% (that is 50% of your order total) if you decide to cancel after your proofs have been created AND/OR after you have submitted final decisions on paper selection.

• Once you have submitted final proof approval, the production process will begin immediately and you may NOT cancel your order.

You can exchange an item if the item that you wish is available. Genuine Littles cannot guarantee other sizes or items will be in stock at the time you wish to make the exchange.

ITEMS THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED CAN NOT BE RESTOCKED OR EXCHANGED!

There will be a restocking fee after 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange or refund for 25% of the order.

If you return for an exchange with in the 7 days Please send a shipping slip with the return as we do not pay for shipping for exchanging sizes.

All items will have to be returned to the address provided on the original shipping label.

To receive a full refund, items must be in mint condition. Not in open packaging or be worn. Any item that arrives damaged will NOT be given a refund.

Items must be returned with in 7 business days to receive refund or exchange.

Processing time will vary and is affected by current wait list at the time you place your order and how large your order is. Generally, turn-around times can range anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks FROM DATE OF FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to SHIP DATE. Please ask Genuine Littles about our current turn around time when you are ready to place an order.

Keep in mind, that the above mentioned processing time does not factor in customization time because the amount of time customization takes will depend upon your response time during that process and how quickly you provide the necessary details I will request from you, any subsequent edits and how soon you submit final proof approval.
