Durability:
Our decals are cut from high quality, removable (not reusable) vinyl that has been rated to last up to six years outdoors. They are not skins and do not have a clear cover or border. Application is not limited to toilets. You can apply your decal to any smooth, flat surface (indoors and out)!

Gently clean with damp cloth!

In the event there is a problem with the item you have purchased, please contact us immediately (within three business days of receiving)! We will work with you to resolve any problems or concerns.

Returns are on a case by case basis and a return authorization request must be agreed upon prior to return. Orders that are returned or shipment refused without return authorization will not be refunded. Orders that are made in colors other than the default will not be considered for return authorization.

Refunds will not be given due to application error. Written application instructions are included with your order. Links to application videos are provided when I send you notification of shipment and are available under the note section of my Facebook page. If you are having application difficulties, please contact me for tips and techniques before attempting application not otherwise advised.

Cancellation requests prior to shipment on non custom orders are allowed. ***Cancellation requests (even prior to shipment) for custom or personalized orders are usually not permitted.***

We ship every business day, so you won’t have to wait long!

We use the United States Postal Service first class mail system.

NOTE: We will ship to the address provided on PAYPAL.

We do not refund for packages that are lost, DAMAGED, addressed incorrectly, unclaimed or non deliverable. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to priority shipping, or ADD INSURANCE to your package.

If your packaged is returned to us as non deliverable, return to sender, no such address etc.. you WILL BE charged shipping again for us to re mail your item. Refunds will not be given for address errors unless a mistake is made on our behalf.

All orders will be provided with a tracking or customs number that can be tracked via www.usps.com Once a package is accepted in to the postal system, it's whereabouts are out of our control. If a package is shown as delivered through the tracking system, possession then becomes the responsibility of the buyer and a refund will not be given for misplaced packages.

When making a wall graphic, I use premium grade vinyl specifically made to be applied to interior painted walls. The vinyl has a lighter adhesive than permanent "outdoor" vinyl so that it does not damage the wall when ready to remove. The vinyl adheres fine to lightly texture surfaces as long as you follow the application instructions. (See application instructions note). You want to make sure that you wash your wall prior to application with a water only damped cloth. You want to wait a couple hours to give it plenty of time to dry before you apply your decal. It may feel dry to the touch, however given it is a porous surface you need to wait it out! The importance of washing the wall is to remove any dust that has settled within the textured areas. The decal will adhere to the dust and then lift away once the bond has formed, thus pulling it away from the wall… It is also important to wait about three weeks before applying a decal to a newly painted wall as the decal adhesive may react negatively with the paint base.

Wall graphics work best on flat enamel painted walls that have been allowed to cure for at least three weeks. The manufacturer recommends applying wall vinyl to smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint. If possible, avoid matte finish Latex paints and paints that contain anti-graffiti agents or stain blockers. Vinyl rarely sticks to the new "green" “zero VOC” or “VOC free” paint.

If it turns out that your wall is too textured or the decal won't stick in all areas, there is an easy inexpensive fix to try. Just buy some stencil adhesive from any craft store for a few dollars. Just buy some stencil adhesive from any craft store for a few dollars. Dab it on to the problem areas and press it down. It’s just strong enough to act as an extra bond to help stick it down. The stencil adhesive will not damage the wall as it is made to stick and remove stencils to the wall…

If you think your wall may be too textured, or are concerned about the type of paint, you can always apply your decal to a piece of wood, plexi glass, plastic, large mirrors/picture frames etc.. That way they are portable as well! If you have any questions as to what type of wood/paint etc to use, I'd be more than happy to share what I've found works best :)

WE RECOMMEND PREPPING YOUR GRAPHIC BY FOLLOWING THE PRE PEELING TECHNIQUE PROVIDED WITH THE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AND DETAILED WRITTEN APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS. THIS WILL INSURE AN EASY RELEASE FROM THE BACKING PAPER THUS ALLOWING FOR A TROUBLE FREE APPLICATION EXPERIENCE.
