Description

ITEM DESCRIPTION
This glittering Christmas tree wreath has been carefully sculpted out of deco mesh, adorned with pomegranate, pear, or apple picks with pine cones and complementary ribbons. Tree can sit on floor resting against a wall or fireplace screen, so it can be used as a smaller substitute for a full-sized Christmas tree, a feature great for dorms or apartments. There are seven decorative themes of ribbon and pick combinations shown in this listing. The first option is the wreath pictured in all but the last 2 photos. The other six possible combinations are pictured in the last photo. Tree can be custom made with any ribbons and picks available in my shop. To create your own decorative theme, select the "8. Custom" option and leave a note to seller with a description of your desired combination.

Measures approximately 26" - 28" tall and 21" - 22" wide.

Available with or without teeny warm white battery lights .

UV PROTECTION
If you intend to hang your wreath outside, please be sure to select the UV Spray option when ordering, and a clear UV protective sealant will be applied to help prevent fading and sun damage. It is recommended that you reapply a UV protectant each year. For best results, hang in a protected area and avoid direct exposure to rain or snow.

Returns and exchange details

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Because all items in my shop are custom made-to-order, I do not stock inventory and do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason. Damaged or defective items are rare and eligible for repair or replacement only. Customer must notify shop of any problem within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs and/or item return may be required for replacement. Contact the shop owner for prior approval and instructions before returning any damaged or defective item. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will only be re-shipped at the customer's expense. Undelivered or lost item claims should be filed directly by the customer with USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Damage: Snappy Pea does not accept responsibility for damage during shipment on International orders. Damage claims on insured International orders must be filed by the customer because the process requires in-person physical proof of damage, which only the customer can provide.

EU Right of Withdrawal: I do not stock any inventory, and every item in my shop is custom-made to order, special for each customer. As such, each item is hand made and unique, and therefore is considered a custom-made item that is not subject to the EU Right of Withdrawal. By placing an order with Snappy Pea, the customer understands and agrees to abide by the published shop policies with respect to returns, and acknowledges that the order is not eligible for return under the EU Right of Withdrawal. The customer's payment constitutes the agreement that he/she will not attempt to dispute the custom nature of his/her order in any way or attempt to invoke the EU Right of Withdrawal to force a return.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests MUST meet the following conditions to be approved and refunded:
1. Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of ordering
2. The related order was not a RUSH order
3. The related order was not a custom/private listing order
4. No investment of time or resources has yet been made on your order. (In other words, I have not purchased supplies or started prep work on your order.)
Cancellation requests that do not meet ALL of the above criteria will not be honored or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In accordance with Etsy's buyer policies, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the item description, shipping information, and shop policies prior to ordering. Placing an order constitutes the customer's legal agreement to all posted shop terms and policies, and failure to do so is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or return.

Processing times average 2-3 weeks, longer prior to holidays, especially Halloween. Be sure to check the estimated shipping date shown on each individual listing for up-to-date processing time estimates. In addition to the quoted processing time, please allow in-transit time for delivery once your order is processed - most deliveries average 3-5 days in the US.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item fast, you may add a rush order. See the listing's FAQs for details.

During peak holiday seasons, a graduated rush order schedule with specific shipment dates may be available as a shipping option during check-out. In this event, the dated shipment schedule will supersede the normal rush order timing posted in the listing and in FAQs.

CASH ON DELIVERY/POSTAGE UNDERAGE
In the event that your order is held at the post office or you receive a notice requesting an additional payment for postage, I will only refund up to a $5 overage. Packages with a larger amount due should be refused and returned to me, because in most cases I can repackage or relabel the item to eliminate the overage. Customers who opt to pay a postage overage in excess of $5 will be responsible for the overage payment and not reimbursed in full.

The listed international shipping price is generally sufficient to cover shipping to most countries. In the event that the listed amount is not adequate to cover my cost, a shipping surcharge will be requested prior to filling your order. Additional policies

Local customers may choose to pick up their orders. Just order and pay the shipping charge and leave a note to seller that you want to arrange a pick-up. You will receive a notification with my address once it is ready. Your item will be placed on my own house in a designated area as if it is my decoration, if applicable, or placed on my front porch. Once an item is placed for pick-up, the item is considered delivered and the customer assumes all responsibility for it. I have done this quite a bit, and never had any issue. Once you pick it up and notify me for my documentation that you have successfully picked it up, I will refund the shipping charges paid when ordering.

FAQs

Items generally ship via USPS within 3 weeks from NC, subject to change with seasonal rushes. Be sure to check the estimated shipping date shown on each individual listing for more up-to-date processing time estimates. In addition to the quoted processing time, please allow in-transit time for delivery once your order is processed - most deliveries average 3-5 days in the US.
The expected shipment date can be found on your receipt. To view your receipt, simply click on You/Purchases and Reviews/View Receipt. Under the "Shipping Details" section of your receipt, there will be a blue header that reads, "Your order is scheduled to ship by ____." This scheduled date is an accurate estimate, and is determined by the listing's published processing time at the time your order was placed, based on my existing order volume. Your item will ship no later than the quoted date, and you will receive a notification of shipment with the tracking information once it ships.
Unfortunately, Etsy does not provide a way to save a change of address on an existing order. If you need to change your shipping address, please re-submit a new order with the correct address, and leave a note to seller to request the cancellation of the original incorrect order. Once a replacement order is received, I will refund and cancel the original order within 24 hours and update the replacement order to have the same shipment deadline as the original.
A RUSH order places your order ahead of my existing open orders and speeds up my processing time frame. Your order will go to the top of my list and I will do my best to complete it as soon as possible. This is not a shipping upgrade.

My normal order processing time is kept up to date in each item's "Shipping and Policies" section, and is subject to change with seasonal rush periods. If your desired delivery date is earlier than 3-5 days after the quoted shipment date, you will need a rush order. Purchasing a rush order will shorten the quoted processing time to the following approximate time frames:

3-5 Days shortens to 1-2 Days
1-2 Weeks shortens to 3-4 Days
2-3 Weeks shortens to 7 Days
3-4 Weeks shortens to 7-10 Days.
If you need your item shipped prior to the expected shipment date quoted in the “Shipping and Policies” tab of any listing, you can select the "RUSH ORDER PROCESSING" option during check-out in the shipping options menu. If a rush option is not visible, that means my shop is unusually busy and I am unable to accept rush orders at this time.

Placing a rush order generally will have a bigger impact on getting your order faster. Most listings have an expedited shipping option which can be added with or without a rush order. Expedited shipping usually only shortens the delivery time by 1-2 days in the US, so it is only helpful in situations where the order is needed immediately.

I do not discount or donate my items except in rare instances which will already be published, such as a rare sale or discount for a particular in-stock item. I have several charities I support and do not offer donations through my shop for other organizations.
Shipping discounts are only available on small, lightweight items and are already factored into the listing. The best way to see your actual total shipping charge is to put your desired items in your cart.
No, all of my items are custom hand made-to-order and require the posted processing time. Occasionally when I initially list a new item, the model used for my listing photos is available immediately, in which case you will see an "IN STOCK" option in the shipping menu when ordering.
