Approximately 26" wide x 20" high in good vintage condition with no areas of damage seen to the painting on wood board. However, the board is no longer secured inside the white washed wood frame.

This estate find is believed to be a vintage antique early to mid 20th Century oil or acrylic on wood board painting with resemblance to the character or subject in the famous painting known as "The Scream" or possibly a portrayal of the body of Norman Bates mother sitting in the rocking chair as if she were gazing out the window towards the Bates Motel as seen in Alfred Hitchcock's movie "Psycho". This chilling painting is signed by artist possibly Ruttersby, Rusterly, Rutterly, Rutterby, Reisterly? Absolutely a great conversation piece!
