I love taking discarded bits and pieces, and turning them into "something".
This is a tiny house made from repurposed cardboard covered in layers of glued newspaper and gesso, with windows, doors and roof added with watercolor.

Twisted wire forms a large loop at the top of the roof, to hang the house on a cabinet knob, on the bottom edge of a window blind, or on a wrapped package; I'm sure you can think of other uses.
The light catching amber glass bead at the bottom adds a bit of color to this 2" house. Total length of ornament is 6 1\/2".
