This is an exquisite, elegant and chic cocktail fascinator mini hat in black.
Made with a round black sinamay base , which has either a clear plastic comb hand stitched underneath, to make it more versatile and able to be worn in many positions.
It can also be mounted on two small clips or on a thin metal head band, please note the position of the fascinator would be fixed.
They are available in black, silver or bright gold, and its best to pick the colour closest to your hair colour.
The gold is best for golden blonde/ honey coloured hair, the silver for light blonde/ platinum/ greys..

Created with a small gathered choux of black classic veiling, two black burnt pheasant curl feathers with black pearls or crystals in the ends, black sinamay bias binding bow loops and finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of black pearls or crystal beads.
